North Greater Manchester

The focal point of Greater Manchester obviously being that of the City of Manchester famed for first and foremost its music scene. Over recent years the city has undergone a massive resurgence in every imaginable way now putting the city second only to London within the UK for all it has to offer. So when looking for Manchester Houses you can be assured that the city will be able to offer everything you could possibly want and cater for all tastes. South of the city centre within Manchester are the closely interlinked and densely populated areas containing Withington, Fallowfield both highly favoured amongst the student population. Alternatively Didsbury and Chorlton provide a wealth of amenities right on your doorstep for the more affluent and young professionals alike.Further to the south of Manchester; a large area with high demand for reasonably priced accomodation is Wythenshawe. 

There are fewer places in the country let alone Greater Manchester to enjoy rural stylish living at its finest than the affluent villages on the Cheshire border comprising of Alderley Edge, Bramhall, Wilmslow,and Hale. The larger town of Altrincham provides enough on your doorstep without ever having to travel to the city.

The two cities nestled next to Manchester are those of Stockport and Salford. Stockport Houses include the metropolitan borough of Stockport and areas with Cheadle, Cheadle Hulme, Hazel Grove and the more affluent Bramhall seeing the highest demand.  

Salford Houses also encompassing the very modern area of Salford Quays home to the BBC headquarters at Media City that has brought a lot to the area. The most polular areas within Salford Metropolitan borough are; Salford Quays, Worsley, Swinton, Eccles, Irlam and Walkden. Further afield is neighbouring Wigan located in Lancashire yet bordering Salford and due to proximity to Manchester is still a popular option.

The townships to the North and North West of Manchester are Bury Houses & Bolton Houses

The two main areas the North East of Manchester are Oldham Houses & Rochdale Houses both large townships in their own right surrounded by numerous smaller towns and villages the main ones being Hollinwood, Heywood and more rural Saddleworth. 

To the East of Manchester are numerous hotspots for demand all within the Tameside Houses search region. The main demand being seen in Hyde, Ashton, Stalybridge, Dukinfield and the more rural Glossop. 

To the South West of Manchester is the metropolitan borough of Trafford and so searches for Trafford Houses consist of Stretford, Urmston, Sale, and towards the Cheshire border Altrincham, Hale and Lymm in more rural locations.
